"Everyone turned around and they looked at me," he said. "I'm embarrassed, so I decided to take action about it." In August of that year, Gede began training.

"I'm too shy and I can not go to the gym," he said. "So I converted my free room to a gym, bought a pair of dumbbells, a bank, etc." Gede trained five days a week and woke up 100 push-ups every morning. After a year of training, he added a few pounds, overcame his team and gained confidence, so he joined the gym.

It was then that he was really committed to his training. He will go to work, spend time with his family and then get up at 10 o'clock at night. Train your own knowledge and change the muscle groups every day: thorax and shoulders, back and abdominal muscles, biceps and triceps, legs, calves, and weaknesses. Gede did not have a personal trainer, so he became one, using his body to investigate and test his knowledge. "It's not easy to maintain the momentum," he said. "But as soon as I look in the mirror, I see a thin person, who keeps me moving."

Ged's diet changes more difficult. His body is not used to eating so much food, so he tried to keep it and was often sick. He went to the hospital in a concentration and was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome caused by wheat and dairy products. He accepted what he called his own version of the cave man's diet, which included chicken, meat, brown rice, potatoes, fruits, and vegetables. There are no baked goods or processed foods. He drank a lot of water and began to consume 2,500 a day. Over time, this became 3,500.

Although its first year was difficult, people realized when they returned in August. "I'm even more motivated on the moon," said Ged. He has put in almost 12 pounds of muscle. By the end of the second year, he had gained 22 pounds.

Gede participated in the fitness competition with his new confidence. After a game, a photographer found his model. After that, Gede will win Mr. Nigeria's game and represent the country in Mr. Africa International. It is in second place. Now he weighs about 200 pounds and wants to add a few pounds. He wants a full-time model and works as a YouTuber.
